For the booking of the accommodation and transportation, please contcat to our agency, HSCOM. Please complete the reservation form and return to HSCOM by e-mail (alltlsdnr@gmail.com ), by mobile (+82 10 89086 4738), phone (+82 2 2671 9605), or by fax (+82 2 2671 9606) before 26th Feb 2023. Payment also has to be transferred no latter than 1st March 2023, You can cancel or change your reservation free of charge until 1st March 2023 but penalty will be imposed after the above date(from 2nd March 2023)

Entry
Open to all fencers with valid 2022-2023 FIE License.
No fencer is allowed to take part in an official event of the FIE unless he or she is at least 13 years old on 1 January in the year of the competition.
Entries of Fencers, teams and referees can only be made at the FIE website www.fie.org respecting the deadlines specified in the FIE Rules(cf.o.54)
FORMAT
The competition formula will be as per FIE rules.
One qualifying round of pools, a preliminary direct elimination table, a main direct elimination table of 64 fencers to qualify for a final by direct elimination. For your information about the competition, please check FIE Website and KFF website (https://fencing.sports.or.kr)
Referee Obligation
The referees are designated bu the FIE and delegations will not have to provide any referees.
ENTRY FEE
An entry fee of € 100 per fencer will be given to the organiser until 17:00 on 16th March at the desk in the venue.
DOPING
Doping control will be done according to FIE rules.
TRANSPORTATION
Our organizing committee and agency will provide transportation service as below to only the participants who will stay at our official hotels:
1. Incheon Airport(ICN) <-> Gimpo Airport(GMP)
If taking the flight to Busan Gimhae Airport(PUS) from Gimpo Airport(GMP) after
arriving at Incheon Airport(ICN),
the organizing committee and agency will provide
the transportation shuttle service between Incheon Airport(ICN) <-> Gimpo
Airport(GMP).
The bus transportation time between Incheon Airport and Gimpo Airport is about
60 minutes, so please book the flight ticket (Gimpo <-> Gimhae) considering the
local traffic situation. Also, please consider the time of arrival procedures at
Incheon Airport and departure procedures at Gimpo Airport.
<Bus Stop>
Terminal 1 Bus stop location (1st Floor Platform No.6) - After arrival, use exit C and take the bus at No.6
Terminal 2 Bus stop location (Transportation center B1 floor Platform No. 24, 25)
- After arrival, go to transportation center on B1 and take the bus at No.24 and
25
2. Busan Gimhae Airport(PUS) <-> official hotel (Bus)
After arriving at Gimhae Aiport(PUS) in which route, the organizing committee and
agency will provide the transportation shuttle service between Busan Gimhae
Airport(PUS) <-> official hotel.
3. Official Hotel <-> Venue
The distance between the official hotel and the venue is 20 minutes distance by
car.
Transportation service for will be provided by the Organizing Committee.
